Best Practices

  • It is recommended that you use the Google Chrome Browser when possible.
  • Utilize a different device or browser window for different accounts, such as student and observer when possible. This creates less confusion for the StrongMind identity server.
  • Clear cache and cookies data weekly to allow your browser to run most efficiently.
  • All of our courses use interactive multimedia which requires students’ computers to have Java installed and “cookies” enabled.

How-To Guide: Clearing Cache and Cookies

  • Select the vertical ellipses / Kebab (⋮) to the right of the navigation bar.

  • Select History from the drop down menu. Then, select History again.
  • Note: Alternatively, you can select History from your browser bar at the top of your screen and then select Show Full History. Both will get you to the next step.
