Issue: Custom Placement is freezing on some cycles, preventing a complete placement.
Users Impacted: Teachers on Canvas utilizing custom placement.
Recommended Workaround: Some users have had luck backing out, deleting the original attempt, and resubmitting. Our engineers are aware of this issue and are actively working to remedy the problem.

Status: TEMPORARY FIX DEPLOYED
Issue: Alternative assessment users have reported that the functionality is not behaving as it should within Guided Practice assignments. Users are able to create and assign alternative assessments, but students are only able to access the original.
Users Impacted: Teachers on Canvas utilizing alternative assessments for Guided Practice activities.
Recommended Workaround: The copy feature has been removed / greyed out for assessments embedded within direct instruction, as it is for Guided Practice lessons. If you have previously created alternative assessments for embedded assessments, please do not use them, as students will only be able to access the original. You can add a Canvas quiz as a supplement to Alternative Assessments.

Issue: Some users in the Course Settings LTI may experience an error stating that "the session has expired. Turn off Incognito mode if enabled and refresh the page." This is occurring without being in incognito mode.
Users Impacted: Users on StrongMind-provided Canvas instances. (Chrome tested)
Recommended Workaround: Users may be able to successfully refresh the page or go pack a page and forward again to resolve the error message.
