Learn to configure and apply the attendance tool within New Analytics.
Notes: This tool is used to track the number of days that students meet a selected criteria for attendance tracking purposes. At this time, due to our LTI course delivery, there is only one option for configuration that will render as intended: Course Access (default). Submit assignment will not work unless those assignments have been authored in Canvas.

How-To Guide: Configuring the Attendance Feature In New Analytics
- Select the admin shield icon on the left hand side in global navigation, then select your account.
- Select settings in the course navigation.
- Select Apps from the tabs across the top.
- Select View App Configuration.
- Scroll down to New Analytics and select the gear icon.
- Select Configure from the drop down menu.
- Enable the Online Attendance Dashboard with the toggle.
- Select Course Access (default).

How-To Guide: Pulling Data the Attendance Feature In New Analytics
- Select New Analytics within the navigation of a selected course.
- Select Online Attendance.
- View Days not met. You can adjust the days you would like to track or exclude tracking using the gear icon.
- Filter the week shown, and the students and/or sections you are viewing.
