Distribute Due Dates Within a Course

  • Updated

Objective: Learn to distribute due dates within a course.

Notes: Due Date Distribution allows for auto-population of due dates for assignments between a set start and end date. In addition, when adding Distribute Due Dates into a course it must match the term start and end dates set in the Terms section within the Admin settings. Ask your administration for the term start and end dates. In order to use Due Date Distribution, the feature option to distribute due dates on import must be turned on for your school.

  • Note: After clicking the Distribute Due Date's button the following message will appear "Due dates are now being distributed!" The message will stay for a couple seconds before disappearing, and then a progress bar will pop up. When the progress bar is done loading this means the due dates have been distributed and populated into the Course Calendar. Check the Course Calendar to confirm your due dates have been successfully distributed between the dates you set.
