Issue:  Users were seeing a 500.30 when accessing their assignments

Users Impacted:   Users on Canvas

Recommended Workaround: No known workarounds at this time, but engineers are actively working to address the issue.

Issue:  Some users are experiencing a 403 Error when working in Speedgrader. 

Users Impacted:   Users on Canvas and Schoology.

Recommended Workaround: No known workarounds at this time, but engineers are actively working to address the issue.

Status: RESOLVED

Issue:  Some users in the Course Settings LTI may experience an error stating that "the session has expired. Turn off Incognito mode if enabled and refresh the page." This is occurring without being in incognito mode. 

Users Impacted:   Users on StrongMind-provided Canvas instances. (Chrome tested)

Recommended Workaround: Users may be able to successfully refresh the page or go pack a page and forward again to resolve the error message.
