Moving Courses to a Sub Account

  • Updated

Objective: Learn to move courses to a sub account for better Canvas hygiene.

Notes: When a term ends and new courses are loaded, the course list in your admin instance can get messy. Best practice will be to clean it up, but rather than deleting them, you can move them to a sub account to leave courses accessible to you for the future .

If you use blueprint courses it's worth bearing in mind that associated courses must be in the same or lower sub account than the blueprint.
